In this 4x4 Cohort, we’ll collaborate to establish four key pillars: Calendar, Culture, Chemistry, and Commitment.

What we’ll be covering at 4x4
✓Week 1 : Calendar
Tuesday August 6
We’ll be setting the calendar for the next 4 months in detail. Together, we'll outline every ministry event and celebration, ensuring everyone has clarity on what’s happening across the church. This hands-on planning will keep us organized and unified in our mission.
✓Week 2 : Culture
Tuesday August 13
We’ll clarify our church culture by defining who we are, who we aren't, and who we need to become to achieve God’s vision for us. This collaborative effort will involve every leader, ensuring that our shared values and mission are clear and embraced by all. Together, we’ll shape a culture that reflects our identity and purpose.
✓Week 3: Chemistry
Tuesday August 20
When we build the team we build the dream Our vision is to create the best team culture ever, and that requires intentionality in building chemistry. We’ll share practices as well as open up to your point of view to identify blind spots and determine how we can all cultivate the best chemistry together. Let’s lean in so we love what we do and who we do it with.
✓Week 4: Commitment
Tuesday August 26
This week, we’ll clarify the commitment you can expect from everyone to bring unity and clarity. Our church is not built by the talent of some but by the commitment of all. It takes all of us working together to achieve our mission. Let’s define how we will each contribute and ensure everyone is fully engaged in build the vision.

If anyone has served within the last 2 months, be sure to include them.
It’s important that everyone currently serving is on this list, as this will be the group receiving updates and important communications moving forward.

Childcare will be provided each night, and doors will open at 6:45 PM. We’ll start promptly at 7:00 PM and wrap up by 8:30 PM.
